Fees
Quay Law Centre has lawyers ranging from one to more than fourty years of experience. All Quay Law Centre lawyers primarily practice in the family law area or related services, such as wills and estates planning, for family law clients.
Often, Quay Law Centre works on a team approach with senior lawyers attending court and directing the case, with the day to day conduct of the file being done by associate/junior lawyers. Our clients find this to be an expedient and cost effective approach. For most clients, delay is a hardship. It postpones resolution, adds to uncertainty and provides stress that can often be alleviated by expedited conduct of your case. Quay Law Centre is in tune with these needs can address these concerns.
In consultation with you and depending on the complexity of your matter, we will determine the best model approach for your case.
Our lawyer’s fees are competitive with other lawyers in British Columbia. The complexity and urgency of your legal problem may determine the amount of your fees and, accordingly, it is important to sit down with one of our lawyers and discuss a fee structure and retainer that works best for you.
We also use trained paralegals and legal assistants who work on your file at a lower hourly rate than the lawyers. We also have a wide range of support staff to assist with the preparation and organization of your file.
