Mr. Garcia obtained his law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1992, and further graduated with an LL.M from the University of Arizona in 2003. He is called before the bars of British Columbia (1993) and the State of California (2004).
He has a diverse practice history in dispute resolution, including in the areas of criminal, family and civil litigation, international arbitration and intellectual property. He has litigated before all levels of trial and appellate courts in British Columbia, and has also practiced in California and Latin America, where he appeared as counsel before international tribunals and US state and federal courts.
