Lori Gerbig B.A., LL.B.

Lori obtained her law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1995 and was called to the bar in 1996.

Lori works as a litigation solicitor for a barrister, Russell S. Tretiak Q.C.. Their practice is directed towards Family Law including divorce, custody, access, guardianship, child support, spousal support, division of assets, and constructive trust claims. Mr. Tretiak represents clients primarily in the Supreme Court of British Columbia but also handles appeals to the Court of Appeal and represents clients in the Provincial Court of British Columbia. They endeavor to settle files where possible to the benefit of their clients.
