John J. Michalski LL.B.

John obtained his law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1967, and he was called to the bar of British Columbia in 1968. He has practiced primarily as a trial lawyer but also has extensive experience as a solicitor. John's trial experience includes personal injury, estate litigation, family law litigation as well as criminal litigation including that of ad hoc Crown Counsel. John has conducted hundreds of trials over the course of his career.
John has appeared primarily in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, but has extensive appellate experience as well.
John joined the KQuay Law Centre in early 2009. In addition to conducting his own files, John mentors the younger members of this firm. Prior to joining this firm, he practised in two other firms. John has had carriage of hundreds of personal injury files over the years. He has conducted innumerable discoveries and prides himself on his knowledge of the Rules of Court.
